What are the delivery times?

Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but are generally between 10 and 20 business days . In some cases, it may take a little longer during periods of high demand.



How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also visit the Order Tracking page at the bottom of the website at any time to track your package.




Can I change or cancel my order?


Orders are processed quickly after validation. If you wish to modify or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at contact.olcoshop@gmail.com. Once the package has been shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to intervene.




What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and other secure solutions depending on your country (such as Shop Pay or PayPal if enabled).



What if the product doesn't suit me?

In dropshipping, returns are not always possible. If the product you received is defective or does not match, contact us with a supporting photo. We will find a solution: partial refund, exchange, or credit note .


Are the products guaranteed?

We select reliable suppliers. In case of damaged products or problems upon receipt, please contact our customer service. We guarantee a fair and fast solution.

OlcoShop is an international online store. We work with suppliers located mainly in Asia and manage our customer service from Dubai .
